Project: Basement Offices, IT Suite and Medical Records Client: Hospital of St Johns & St Elizabeth Value Range: £200,000 Duration: 8 weeks These projects were secured following open market competitive tender and it was decided to phase and combine the projects due to their close proximity. Project: Wanstead Place Health Centre and The Diabetic Centre Client: Redbridge PCT Value Range: £250,000 Duration: 10 weeks (including works out of hours) Wanstead Place involved a general strip out of the existing kitchen, electrical and heating systems, and structural remodelling of the reception area. The new works included; reception area and counter, new heating services, kitchen, full rewiring for small power, data, fire alarm, intruder and lighting.
