Pembury secured a number of these projects, all of which, were to be carried out concurrently, but with phased handovers. Project: Office refurbishment in Bromley and Bexleyheath, Kent

Duration: 4 weeks each
Pembury successfully tendered for the office refurbishment in two separate buildings. The works involved the demolition of load bearing masonary partitions, new steel works within the buildings, new partitioning, suspended ceilings, lighting, data, small power, fire and intruder alarms, flooring and redecoration….

Project: Olympus House Ground Floor Fit Out

The works comprised, demolition and strip out of existing partition layout, new internal glazed partitioning, doors, suspended ceilings, air coditioning, electrical (power and lighting), soft floor finishes, verticle blinds and two kitchenette areas and decoration. The works were completed within budget to a very demanding timescale and coordinated on site with other direct client contractors.

areas and 18 bathrooms used by disabled students; replacement new

bathrooms; new reception; decoration; lighting; ventilation and air
conditioning.

The project involved the soft strip of existing fixtures and relocation
of gas, water and electrical services; forming a 4 meter wide structural
opening through a 500mm wide load bearing masonry wall; support of

installed and temporary propping removed.
